Adecco Berk, specialist in financial recruitment & selection, was hired to set up the financial heart of NIKE Europe in Hilversum with some sixty dedicated financial specialists. They were looking for people with different native European languages.
We developed a recruitment concept with a strong NIKE brand awareness. Because when you choose NIKE, you choose 100% for the NIKE culture. The print campaign has been activated by national newspapers and targeted financial media.
Nike Europe was so satisfied with the result that they decided to use this concept for other NIKE employer branding in the Netherlands.
